Hello, my name is Lamar AlSubhi, I’m from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and I was part of the DJIS 2021 graduating class. I’m currently studying at Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. I’m majoring in Computer Science and minoring in English and Philosophy. To say that DJIS prepared me for the hectic college life is an understatement. I’m very happy to see the results of all my hard work. I’m grateful for all the resources that DJIS provided me with and all of the support from the faculty. At DJIS, I formed a work ethic that has made the transition to college as smooth as it can be. DJIS gave me such a unique high school experience with some of the most unforgettable moments of my life. I would like to add a special thank you to my college counselor Mrs. Tamara Wehbi for always supporting me.
